Meet the Team

Unlabelled & Limitless began with two siblings, a shared lived experience, and a conversation that refused to stay small.

What started as reflection shared by Lois and Ian Baynham, alongside their mum Sue, has since become a podcast and platform shaped by a growing community of co-founders, advisors, and contributors across generations, cultures, and lived experience.

We’re not here to fix people. We’re here to start a discussion, reframe the narrative, celebrate difference, and create a space where every experience, raw, messy, brilliant, is valued.

Lois Baynham

Founder • MSc Psych Conv (Open) • HR Disruptor • Late-diagnosed ADHD & ASD

An older Millennial raised in Yorkshire with one foot in the analog world and one in the digital age. Lois leads Unlabelled & Limitless with curiosity, conviction, and a deep commitment to building spaces that make room for people to show up as they are. She's a writer, podcast host, and professional troublemaker with 25+ years of life and leadership experience.

Oh, and she really doesn’t like olives.

Ian Baynham

Co-Creator • MBA - CMgr FCMI • Podcast Co-Host • Early-diagnosed ASD/ASC

Lois’s brother and a Gen X-Millennial crossover is a highly analytical deep-thinker. With a background in STEM, Ian brings dry wit, emotional depth, and a lifetime of understanding of what it’s like to grow up differently.

He’s a proud dad to two (maybe three!) neurodivergent children, including Erin, who’s now helping build the family vision from the inside.

Kay Ignacio

Operations Lead • SAP Certified • CLSSYB • MBA Student • Systems Queen • Neurodivergent Advocate

Based in the Philippines, Kay is a Millennial single mum raising an autistic daughter and running the show behind the scenes.

She brings cross-cultural insight, fierce compassion, and a sharp strategic mind to everything she touches, from workflow and social media to daily operations and mentoring support.

Tom Cullen

In his previous work Tom has had rolls as an accountant and a change manager, as well as being co-chair of his firms regional LGBT+ network.

Tom has stood beside this mission since its earliest days, bringing both lived experience and thoughtful challenge to the work.

Beky Lockwood

Beky has been part of this journey from the very beginning, with a friendship that goes back to childhood. A financial expert with experience in major corporate environments, she brings sharp insight, strategic thinking, and grounded perspective to Unlabelled & Limitless. As a mum of two and newly married, Beky helps ensure everything we build stays rooted in integrity, sustainability, and real-world impact.

Susan Baynham

Behind-the-Scenes Champion • Lifelong Supporter • Mum

No introduction to Unlabelled & Limitless would be complete without acknowledging Susan Baynham, Lois and Ian’s mum, who has been a quiet force behind this project from day one. Long before there was a team, a platform, or a podcast, she was there, offering grounded feedback, sharing real-world insight, helping with research, and reminding Lois to take breaks and stay focused (a full-time job in itself).

Krisana Soponpong

Krisana is a long-time friend of Lois and a valued member of the Unlabelled & Limitless content contributor team.

A musician and Apple Genius, he brings creativity, technical insight, and lived understanding to the space.

Undiagnosed but deeply aligned with the cause, Krisana has supported this mission from the beginning and continues to stand for stories that deserve room to be heard.

Faye Harrison

Faye is a younger UK Millennial with late-diagnosed AuDHD, a sharp sense of humour, and a massive heart.

She combines her lived experiences with her deep psychological knowledge that creates conversations that are equal parts vulnerable and validating.

Faye helps us keep it real, and grounded.

Claire Kamibayashi

Creative Collaborator • Early-diagnosed Neurodivergent • Cultural Bridge Builder

Based in the Bay Area, California, Claire was diagnosed in childhood with ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia, experiences that shaped how she navigated education, identity, and self-advocacy from a young age. As a younger Millennial, Claire brings a thoughtful and creative voice to the team, with a deep awareness of what it means to grow up neurodivergent in a world that often misses the mark.

We span four generations, three continents, and a wide spectrum of neurodivergent experiences, from early childhood diagnoses to late-in-life revelations.

Our team includes people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and lived experiences that don’t always fit into neat diagnostic categories. What connects us is a shared commitment to shifting the narrative, amplifying unheard voices, and proving that you don’t have to be “typical” to make an extraordinary impact.
