About
I completed a master’s in psychology at the Open University to better understand myself and others. Through that process, I became more aware of neurodiversity and later received my own diagnosis; an experience that was eye-opening in ways I hadn’t expected.
I believe it’s important to create space and voice for those who are late-diagnosed, particularly women and those who are high-masking or have lower support needs.
